I did this tour the day I landed in Vienna. Just as I expected it was a brilliant tour with a visit to all the historic places. Iva, our guide was so knowledgeable and importantly interesting. And she had her unique method of explaining details with an iPad, showing us graphics and clips and references that we could associate with the history of the city. She also gave us \”homework\” which I believe is such an amazing idea because even when you leave the city, this is a great way to keep Vienna with you.

An excellent introduction to Vienna led by the delightful guide, Wolfgang. He led a group of about 25 of us through the city, drawing on his extensive historical and local knowledge and with humour. Every location he inspired me to want to return and visit again. The tour included a stop with a chance to purchase refreshments and sit down for 10 minutes. I feel I know some things about this amazing city that I would never have discovered elsewhere.
